GENTLE EXERCISE

Gentle Exercise is a strength and flexibility class designed specifically for the over 50s and is suitable for all levels of fitness. The class involves simple movements, low impact aerobics and light hand weight.

As much a social event as an exercise class. Unwind with a free cuppa and a friendly chat at the end of the class.
