NEW CLASSES TIMETABLE STARTING IN SEPTEMBER
Keep an eye on the website, pop in to the gym, give us a ring if you want more information or want to check that things are still as they were!
So far we have:
Table tennis intermediate and advanced Wednesdays 9 to 11 am
Hoop and Play (Hula Hoop classes) on Wednesdays 8 to 9 pm
Chi Kung for beginners on Tuesdays 1 to 1.45 pm
Chi Kung advanced 1.45 to 2.45 pm
Pound Fitness on Fridays 6 to 7 pm
and of course the renewed and much improved High Intensity Circuits on a Thursday at 6pm and the recently added classes Body Blast with Faye on Saturdays 8 to 8.45 am and Zumba with Faye on Saturdays 8.45 to 9.30 am
From 8 January 2018, we will open at 7am every week day, weekends unchanged at 8 am.
