NEW CLASSES TIMETABLE STARTING IN SEPTEMBER
Keep an eye on the website, pop in to the gym, give us a ring towards the end of August as we will publish the new classes timetable for 2017-2018.
So far we have:
Table tennis open session Wednesdays 9 to 11 am
Hoop and Play (Hula Hoop classes) on Wednesdays 8 to 9 pm
Chi Kung for beginners on Tuesdays 1 to 1.45 pm
Chi Kung advanced 1.45 to 2.45 pm
Pound Fitness on Fridays (starting 14 July and through the summer) 6 to 7 pm
Also in September the advanced Table Tennis session will take place still on Wednesdays but at the slightly earlier time of 11 am and it will run until 1pm.
and of course the recently added classes Body Blast with Faye on Saturdays 8 to 8.45 am and Zumba with Faye on Saturdays 8.45 to 9.30 am
