H I I T (High Intensity Interval Training) uses a technique which is growing in popularity in the fitness sector because it is supported by science. It consists of a variety of exercises that target the whole of the body in extremely short yet intensive bursts. This is proven to make you fitter quicker and helps with weight loss (always in conjunction with an appropriate diet). Why not give it a go? The classes will be 30 to 40 minutes depending on the participants’ fitness levels and they will be limited to 6 participants.
